Citrulline Malate
Because of the central role of citrulline and malate in aerobic metabolism, supplementing with citrulline malate has shown to provide the following benefits:
First, it raises levels of nitric oxide and arginine in the blood. Citrulline, which is broken down into arginine, is actually a more effective way of raising blood arginine levels than supplementing with arginine itself! Creatine Monohydrate
Creatine serves as a temporary emergency backup which supplies energy to the cells when ATP - the body’s main energy store - is in short supply. Unfortunately, creatine has a limited lifespan inside the cell and must be continually replaced.
As your muscle mass increases, so does your need for creatine. To keep up with creatine production, your body ultimately uses up much of its amino acid supplies. Supplementing with creatine means that the body does not need to make it from amino acids that could otherwise be used for making new proteins, such as those found in new muscle fibres.
Creatine Monophosphate supplements can cause an increase of up to 40% in our creatine phosphate levels. The term BCAAs refers to three amino acids, leucine, isoleucine and valine, which are distinguished by their unique branched structure. In addition to serving as three of the 20 building blocks for proteins (such as those found in muscle fibres), BCAAs are also used as fuel during intense exercise.
Taking BCAAs just before your workout can improve performance by promoting glycogen sparing, meaning your body burns fat for energy rather than depleting glycogen stores.  Because BCAAs are required for protein synthesis, depleting your body’s supplies can result in a short-term muscle-wasting state. If increasing muscle mass is your goal, it’s therefore important to ensure your body has an ample supply of BCAAs before exercise.
Leucine is unique in its ability to stimulate skeletal muscle protein synthesis by activating the mTOR pathway, which jump-starts the building and maintenance of muscle mass, enhances recovery after strenuous exercise and prevents muscle breakdown. Isoleucine regulates blood sugar to stabilise energy levels and promotes increased glucose uptake during exercise. Currently, there is not much research on the benefits of or optimal doses for valine supplementation.
Leucine’s impact on protein synthesis is several times greater than any other amino acid and it is undoubtedly the most important of the three BCAAs. However, it may be more effective when taken with other BCAAs than on its own, because supplementing with leucine alone can deplete levels of other amino acids.
Beta-alanine is a lactic acid buffer which increases training capacity, giving you the ability to train harder and longer.
Weight training and athletic activities cause your body to produce lactic acid. This causes muscle pH to drop, due to the large amount of hydrogen ions being produced – essentially, your muscles become more acidic. As muscle pH drops, your muscle's ability to perform at its peak level decreases. Beta-alanine counteracts this effect by increasing levels of carnosine in your muscles. Carnosine, in turn, absorbs the extra hydrogen ions and prevents lactic acid build-up.
Beta-alanine has been shown to enhance muscular endurance. Many people report being able to perform one or two additional reps in the gym when training in sets of 8–15 repetitions. Beta-alanine supplementation can also improve physical performance in the 60-240 second rage.
In scientific studies, beta-alanine has been shown to increase strength, power output, endurance, exercise capacity and muscle mass, and to delay the onset of neuromuscular fatigue.

Betaine is a compound found in beetroots and many other plants. What is Citrulline Malate? 

Citrulline Malate is a combination of citrulline, an amino acid not found in protein, and malate, a naturally occurring acid. Citrulline and malate are essential components of the Tricarboxylic Acid Cycle (TCA) and the Nitric Oxide (NO) cycle, which play important roles in aerobic metabolism.durance and reducing muscle soreness post-workout.


What is Beta-Alanine? 

Beta-Alanine (as opposed to regular “alanine”) is different to most other types of amino acid, as it is not thought to be utilised in the construction of proteins. Beta-Alanine is taken up by muscle tissue and converted into carnosine, an amino acid which helps prevent harmful lactic acid build up in your muscles during exercise.


What are BCAAs? 

Amino acids are organic compounds that combine to form protein. Of the 20 different amino acids in the body, three are referred to as BCAAs: leucine, isoleucine, and valine. These are the most important amino acids when it comes to muscle growth and the ‘building blocks’ of the body.


What is Creatine?

Creatine is a molecule which is naturally produced by the body to supply energy to the muscles. It is produced by the liver and then transported to muscle cells via the bloodstream, where it is converted to creatine phosphate, also known as phosphocreatine. Is creatine bad for your kidneys?
No, research shows that it has no negative effects on kidney function when taken by healthy adults. The waste product the body makes from creatine, creatinine, is also used to test for kidney problems so supplementing with creatine may lead to a false positive in these tests, but there are no actual harmful effects. Even if you already have impaired kidney function, supplementing with creatine is unlikely to cause problems, although you should check with your doctor before using our product.

Will creatine make me bloated?

Should I cycle creatine?
